Passengers and Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence, 26, is notoriously private about her personal life, and has been keen to keep her latest romance, with director Darren Aronofsky, 47, under wraps.
However, the two have been spotted out an about in New York City together for a second time, just days after they were pictured walking the actresses’ puppy Pippi in Manhattan. During their walk, they could be seen walking arm in arm.
The couple first met when Aronofsky, who has a son Henry, 10, with his ex girlfriend Rachel Weisz, worked with Lawrence, who is the lead in his new film Mother, which is due for release later this year.
The movie finished shooting last August, but speculation soon surrounded the nature of their relationship when they were snapped together two months later. They were then seen kissing on a street in New York.
Wrapped up warm
On their latest stroll, Lawrence wrapped up against the winter chill with a £1595 Burberry shearling pea coat and a black cap. Her partner was beaming at the camera, looking delighted, while she looked at the floor, keeping her eyes hidden behind a pair of sunglasses.
While she did not reveal that the pair were together, Lawrence has recently spoken glowingly about her new love, telling interviewers that the Black Swan director was a “visionary”. The actress said that she had been a fan of his movies for a number of years and jumped at the chance to sign up for his new film even though she had not, at that point, seen the script.
The American Hustle and Joy actress was previously in a relationship with Chris Martin, the Coldplay frontman, but is understood to have called time on their relationship because she did not want to deal with the extra media interest which came with being a celebrity couple.
